What can I expect from a therapy session?
First and foremost, you can expect a confidential and professional atmosphere.  
I have a high regard for each client's dignity and safety, as well as, providing a compassionate environment where individuals are able to overcome fears, anxieties, limiting beliefs and barriers.  

How long is each session?
Each session is typically about 50 minutes in length.  

What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), is a powerful psychotherapy approach that has helped an estimated two million people of all ages relieve many types of psychological distress.

Do you accept insurance?
I am a participating provider for a very limited number of plans.  Our staff will be happy to assist you in determining your in and out of network benefits. 

Do you see children?
Typically the clients I see in therapy are 18 years of age, or older.   Occasionally, I do see teenagers on a case by case basis.
